A1 collection is a custom made boutique. Majority of the garments sold by a1 collection are custom made although we do also carry a premade inventory. Turn around time for orders are 2-3 weeks please keep that in mind when placing an order for any special occasions.
Once you place your order through the online order form you will receive a confirmation email detailing your order total. Through this email you will pay your 50% deposit aswell book your date for pick up. When choosing pick up date choose your two best days and time slots. By email you will receive confirmation of pick up date and time. Upon pick up you will pay the remainder of your balance by cash.
You may also book a consultation if you would like to discuss your order further by phone or in person.
Late fee charges, if you are more then 30 minutes late for pick up there is a 20$ late fee charge
45 minutes Or later results in a cancellation of your pick up appointment and 50$ fee to reschedule your pick up appointment
If you need to reschedule your pick up appointment please text or email us 24 hours in advance.
A1collection does not provide any refunds or exchanges.
The 50% deposit is non refundable.
